1.1. Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
1.2. 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the check-in date.
1.3. No refund for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Host-initiated Cancellations
2.1. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation, we will provide you with a full refund and assist you in finding alternative accommodation of a similar standard. We will also compensate you with an additional 10% of the total booking cost for the inconvenience caused.
No-Show Policy
3.1. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Early Departure
4.1. If you choose to check-out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
Reservation Modifications
5.1. Changes to your reservation, including date changes, guest count reductions, or room type modifications, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us directly to make any modifications to your reservation.
